desktop.ini是系統可識別的一個文件，作用是存儲用戶對文件夾的個性設置（用戶更換文件夾圖標等等都會生成desktop.ini）。當然我們不排隊病毒也會生成這樣的文件來誤導你。
方法一：
1、通過右鍵打開屬性對話框，接著切換到位置，你可以先記住自己的當前桌面所在路徑，接著任意地輸入一個文件夾的位置，前提是不存在的文件夾，否則可能會影響到已存在的文件，一路確認即可；
2、重復上述，將目錄改成原來的路徑，點擊確認，當提示是否移動時，點擊確認即可，完成後進行一次注銷操作。
方法二：
當上述的操作不能恢復，那可能是受到了系統的某些干擾，我們可以採用手工的操作，如下
